The Lakes Christian College

The school follows the guidelines set down by the NSW Board of Studies and is inspected regularly to ensure that courses are of an appropriate standard. The Lakes Christian College develops its own perspectives that reflect the Christian worldview and values that we hold so important. The school is Registered and Accredited by the Board of Studies.

The NSW Board of studies has a number of very helpful documents to assist parents in understanding the curriculum.  Some are available for loan from our library and all are available on the Board of Studies website at http://www.boardofstudies.nsw.edu.au/parents/.

The College’s curriculum documents are available for perusal, on request to the Principal. These documents include our Christian perspective for each Key Learning Area, Scope and Sequence for each course of study, programmes for each unit of work and policies outlining our approach to various aspects of teaching such as homework or teaching students with special needs.
